सामान भेजने और पहुँचाने की प्रक्रिया
आपका सामान कैसे भेजा जाता है?
हम आपके ऑर्डर को पंजीकृत घरेलू कुरियर सेवाओं और आवश्यकता के अनुसार स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से भेजते हैं। उपलब्ध विकल्पों में से यथासंभव उपयुक्त माध्यम चुनने का प्रयास किया जाता है।
सामान भेजने का समय
ऑर्डर और भुगतान प्राप्त होने के बाद आपका सामान सामान्यतः 3 दिनों के भीतर कुरियर सेवा या डाक विभाग को सौंप दिया जाता है। यदि किसी विशेष उत्पाद के विवरण या ऑर्डर की पुष्टि के समय अलग समय बताया गया हो, तो वही समय लागू होगा।
सामान पहुँचने में विलंब होने पर
सामान को कुरियर सेवा या डाक विभाग को सौंपे जाने के बाद अंतिम वितरण उनकी व्यवस्था और कार्यप्रणाली पर निर्भर करता है। यदि किसी कारण से आपका सामान अपेक्षा से अधिक समय लेता है, तो हम आपकी ओर से संबंधित वितरण सेवा से यथासंभव संपर्क बनाए रखेंगे और सामान को शीघ्र आप तक पहुँचाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। फिर भी कुरियर या डाक सेवा से जुड़ी कुछ परिस्थितियाँ हमारे प्रत्यक्ष नियंत्रण से बाहर हो सकती हैं।
सामान पहुँचाने का पता
आपका ऑर्डर उसी पते पर भेजा जाएगा जो आपने ऑर्डर करते समय दिया है। सामान सही और समय पर पहुँचाने में हमारी सहायता के लिए कृपया ऑर्डर पूरा करने से पहले अपना पता, पिन कोड और संपर्क संख्या एक बार जाँच लें।
ऑर्डर की पुष्टि और सूचना
ऑर्डर से संबंधित पुष्टि और आवश्यक जानकारी आपके द्वारा दिए गए ईमेल पते या अन्य उपलब्ध संपर्क माध्यम पर भेजी जा सकती है। इसलिए सही संपर्क जानकारी देना उपयोगी रहता है।
3 दिनों का सामान्य समय आपके ऑर्डर को तैयार करके कुरियर या स्पीड पोस्ट को सौंपने के लिए है। इसके बाद सामान आपके स्थान तक पहुँचने में दूरी, कुरियर व्यवस्था, मौसम, अवकाश अथवा अन्य परिस्थितियों के अनुसार कुछ अतिरिक्त समय लग सकता है। सामान्यतः सामान 7–10 कार्य दिवस में पहुँच जाता है।

How is your order shipped?
Orders are sent through registered domestic courier services and, where appropriate, Speed Post. We make a reasonable effort to select a suitable available delivery method for your shipment.
Dispatch Time
After receiving your order and payment, the shipment is generally handed over to the courier service or postal authority within 3 days. Where a different period has been mentioned in the product description or agreed at the time of order confirmation, that period will apply.
If Your Delivery is Delayed
Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier service or postal authority, final delivery depends on their network and operational process. If your shipment takes longer than expected, we will make every reasonable effort to follow up with the delivery partner on your behalf and assist in getting it delivered as soon as possible. Certain circumstances relating to courier or postal services may, however, remain beyond our direct control.
Delivery Address
Your order will be sent to the address provided while placing the order. To help us ensure smooth delivery, please check your address, PIN code and contact number before completing your order.
Order Confirmation & Updates
Order confirmations and relevant updates may be sent to the email address or other contact details provided by you. Keeping your contact information correct helps us communicate important updates more effectively.
The usual 3-day period refers to preparing your order and handing it over to the courier or Speed Post. After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on distance, courier operations, weather, holidays or other circumstances. Orders generally reach customers within 7–10 working days.
