What Gaudhuli means?
“Gaudhuli” word is made up of Gau+Dhool where “Gau” means India’s Indegenious breeds of cow (Gaumata) and “Dhool” means dust. Due to its importance to people of India, all indigenous cow breeds are widely called Gaumata where Mata means Mother). So the word “Gaudhuli” means the auspicious time in the evening when Gau herds would return to their respective homes during sunset after grazing in the jungle the whole day. The dust thus produced by them is referred to as Gaudhuli and the time is called “Gaudhuli Vela”.
By establishing Virendra Gaudhuli we are trying to at least bring back Gomata to our homes at least indirectly if not directly. That would be possible not only by Panchgavya products but by respecting and treating Gomata as our own mother. Who only knows to give and demands almost nothing in return?
Why was Gaudhuli needed?
Our online store is an effort started by Virender Singh which is trying to give priority to purity and quality.
In the year 2011, after coming under the influence of Rajiv Dixit ji’s knowledge, I was given the opportunity to lecture on health across the country. After creating awareness about pure indigenous products in these lectures, everyone was troubled by the lack of its availability. By 2017, people insisted to start a platform for such pure products where there is emphasis on quality not quantity for auspicious benefits (Shubh Labh). Hence, in 2018, this platform was started to use products as not the sole purpose but to serve as a medium to make people healthy.
The initial trend was that everyone had a demand for purity and people were also ready to spend a little more money for encouraging farmers and Gopalaks.
So, availability of sufficient but pure goods is a difficult but very much possible. It started slow and steady but now it’s a familiar name among aware people who follow swadeshi.
The way the list of Gaudhuli members is increasing day by day is encouraging, the result of which will be auspicious and beneficial for the manufacturers of pure products.
Our pledge is that If a product is not suitable for use in our own home then you will not get it either.
That is, we have pledged to keep it a 100% toxic-free store. If any food product contains any harmful chemical, then either the product will be discontinued or we will not stock it.
If any food item is available only in a particular season, then efforts will be made to manufacture and make it available only then. This is the reason that many products may not be in stock, but when it is available, it will be of the right time and quality.
As soon as economic stability is ensured in the near future, there is a plan to spend a large part of this arrangement on the salvation of cows and the Gopalaks dependent on them.
In the end, keep in mind that this effort will be completely Swadeshi and completely based on auspicious benefits (Shubh Labh).

गौधूली का क्या अर्थ है?
“गौधूली ” शब्द गौ+धूल से बना है, जहाँ “गौ” का अर्थ है भारत की देशी नस्ल की गाय (गौमाता) और “धूल” का अर्थ है धूल। भारत के लोगों के लिए इसके महत्व के कारण, सभी देशी गायों की नस्लों को व्यापक रूप से गौमाता कहा जाता है जहाँ माता का अर्थ है माँ)। इसलिए “गौधूली” शब्द का अर्थ है शाम का वह शुभ समय जब गौ झुंड पूरे दिन जंगल में चरने के बाद सूर्यास्त के समय अपने-अपने घरों को लौटते हैं। इस प्रकार उनके द्वारा उत्पन्न धूल को गौधूली कहा जाता है और उस समय को “गौधूली वेला” कहा जाता है।
वीरेंद्र गौधूली की स्थापना करके हम कम से कम अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से ही सही, अपने घरों में गोमाता को वापस लाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। यह केवल पंचगव्य उत्पादों से ही नहीं बल्कि गोमाता को अपनी माँ के रूप में सम्मान और व्यवहार देकर संभव होगा। जो केवल देना जानता है और बदले में लगभग कुछ भी नहीं मांगता है?
गौधूली की क्यों आवश्यकता पड़ी?
वीरेंद्र गौधूली द्वारा आरम्भ किये गए प्रयास में हमारा ऑनलाइन स्टोर जो शुद्धता एवं गुणवत्ता को प्राथमिकता देने का प्रयास कर रहा है।
वर्ष 2011 में राजीव दीक्षित जी के ज्ञान के प्रभाव में आने के बाद देश भर में स्वास्थ्य के विषय पर व्याख्यान करने का अवसर ईश्वर ने दिया। इन व्याख्यानों में शुद्ध स्वदेशी उत्पादों के प्रति जागरूक करने के पश्चात उसकी उपलब्धता की कमी सभी को खलती थी। 2017 तक लोगो के अत्यधिक निवेदन पर एक ऐसा प्रकल्प शुरू करने का मन बना जहाँ शुभ लाभ हेतु गुणवत्ता पर बल हो। अतः 2018 में उत्पादों को लक्ष्य न बनाकर केवल माध्यम के रूप में प्रयोग करने हेतु यह प्रकल्प आरम्भ किया।
शुरुआती रूझान तो यह था कि शुद्धता की मांग सबके पास थी और लोग उसके लिए किसानो और गोपालको के प्रोत्साहन हेतु थोड़ा अधिक धन खर्च करने को भी तैयार थे।
अतः पर्याप्त परन्तु शुद्ध सामान की उपलब्धता एक कठिन परन्तु संभव चुनौती है।
जिस प्रकार से गौधूली के सदस्यों की सूची में प्रतिदिन वृद्धि हो रही है वह उत्साहवर्धक है जिसके परिणाम शुद्ध उत्पादों के निर्माताओं के लिए शुभ एवं लाभकारी ही होंगे।
हमारा प्रण है कि:
यदि कोई उत्पाद हमारे स्वयं के घर में प्रयोग करने योग्य नहीं होगा
तो आपको भी नहीं मिलेगा
अर्थात हमने इसे 100 % विषमुक्त स्टोर बनाये रखने का प्रण किया है यदि किसी खाद्य उत्पाद में एक कोई हानिकारक रसायन पड़ेगा तो या तो उत्पाद बंद होगा या हम उसे नहीं उपलब्ध करवाएंगे
यदि कोई खाद्य पदार्थ किसी विशेष ऋतू में ही उपलब्ध होता है तो उसे तभी निर्मित एवं उपलब्ध करवाने का प्रयास रहेगा यही कारण है हो सकता है की कई उत्पाद स्टॉक में न रहे परन्तु जब होगा तो सही समय एवं गुणवत्ता का होगा।
निकट भविष्य में आर्थिक सुदृढ़ता निश्चित होते ही इस व्यवस्था का बड़ा हिस्सा गाय एवं उस पर आश्रित गोपालको के उद्धार पर खर्च करने की योजना है
अंत में केवल ही बात ध्यान रखें की यह प्रयास पूर्ण स्वदेशी एवं पूर्ण रूप से शुभ लाभ पर आधारित रहेगा।
