आयुर्वेद के विभिन्न ग्रंथों में वजन कम करने के लिए अनेक औषधियों का वर्णन है। इनमें अग्निमंथ, त्रिकटु, चित्रक आदि प्रमुख हैं। ऐसी औषधियों को मिलाकर मेदोहर टैबलेट तैयार की गई है।

सामग्री: अग्निमंथ, सोंठ, मरी (काली मिर्च), पिप्पली, चित्रकमूल, नागरमोथा, हरड़, विभीतक, आँवला अर्क, वायविडंग, त्रिफला गुग्गुल और आरोग्यवर्धिनी।

लाभ: शरीर का वजन घटाती है। मोटापा दूर करके शरीर को हल्का बनाती है। शरीर में 'आम' का पाचन होता है, इसलिए अनेक रोगों में लाभकारी बताई गई है। यह केवल चर्बी हटाती है और प्राकृतिक विटामिन आदि को कम नहीं करती; इसलिए कमजोरी नहीं होती और ऊर्जा बनी रहती है।

मात्रा: सुबह, दोपहर और शाम भोजन से पहले 1-1 गोली।
