• स्वच्छ जल: 1 लीटर

विधि:

1. एक साफ़ बर्तन में 1 लीटर स्वच्छ जल लें।
2. इसमें 10 ग्राम गोमय भस्म मिलाएँ।
3. मिश्रण को हिलाएँ और 15 मिनट के लिए ढककर छोड़ दें।
4. भस्म को नीचे तले में बैठने दें।
5. 15 मिनट बाद ऊपर का स्वच्छ जल धीरे-धीरे निथार लें।

How to Prepare Gomaya Jal

Ingredients:

• Gomaya Bhasma (made from dried dung of pure indigenous cows): 10 grams
• Clean water: 1 litre

Method:

1. Take 1 litre of clean water in a clean vessel.
2. Add 10 grams of Gomaya Bhasma to it.
3. Stir the mixture and cover it. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
4. Allow the bhasma to settle at the bottom.
5. After 15 minutes, gently decant the clear water from the top.
