सामग्री (प्रत्येक 5 मिली में): महारास्नादि क्वाथ 200 मि.ग्रा., दशमूल क्वाथ 70 मि.ग्रा., शल्लकी 150 मि.ग्रा., पुनर्नवा 70 मि.ग्रा., अजवायन 70 मि.ग्रा., अश्वगंधा 70 मि.ग्रा., निर्गुंडी 40 मि.ग्रा., सोंठ 40 मि.ग्रा. और हींग 2 मि.ग्रा.।

लाभ: शल्लकी और निर्गुंडी उत्कृष्ट वातानुलोमक, दर्द दूर करने वाली और सूजन कम करने वाली औषधियाँ हैं। सोंठ नाड़ी-तंत्र को उत्तेजित करती है और अच्छे आमहर गुण के कारण आम तथा वात से होने वाले रोग दूर करती है। हींग (सहस्रवेधी अर्थात हजारों रोगों को ठीक करने वाली) रक्त-संचार बढ़ाती है और संवेदनहीनता, लकवा, गृध्रसी आदि में अत्यंत लाभकारी बताई गई है। अश्वगंधा घोड़े जैसी शक्ति देती है और बेहोशी, भ्रम, अनिद्रा आदि दूर करती है। पुनर्नवा के नाम में 'शरीरं पुनर्नवं करोति' का अर्थ है—जो शरीर को नया बनाती है; इसे उत्कृष्ट रसायन, सूजनरोधी और रक्त बढ़ाने वाला बताया गया है। अजवायन उत्तेजना, पाचन, शांति और वात को शिथिल करने वाले गुणों से वात का बढ़ना रोकती है और बढ़े हुए वात को दूर करती है। महारास्नादि क्वाथ सभी प्रकार के वात-विकारों में लाभकारी है। ये सभी औषधियाँ तरल रूप में होने के कारण शीघ्र राहत देती हैं।

Shunthi stimulates the nadi system, and by having good amlathhar, the diseases caused by mango and vata are cured.
Hing (Sahastravedhi – cures thousands of diseases) increases blood circulation and is very beneficial in anesthesia, paralysis, gidrsha etc.
Ashwagandha which provides strength like that of a horse and removes unconsciousness, confusion, insomnia etc.
Punarnava “Shariram Punarnavam Karoti” means that which makes the body new. This is an excellent chemical, anti-inflammatory and blood enhancer.
Ajwain prevents the increase of Vata by invigorating, digesting, soothing and relaxing the vata and removes the increased vata.
Maha Rasnadi Kwath is very beneficial in all types of gas diseases.

Method of intake:
