सेवन / उपयोग विधि
सुबह ब्रश के बाद जीभ पर पीछे से आगे की ओर हल्के हाथ से 4–5 बार फेरें। हर बार धोकर सुखा लें, किसी और से साझा न करें। काला पड़ने पर नींबू और नमक से साफ़ करें।

How to Use
