सामग्री (प्रत्येक 100 मिली में): त्रिफला 10 मिली, हल्दी 10 मिली, फिटकरी 10 मिली, यष्टिमधु 10 मिली, मायाफल 10 मिली, उपलसारी 10 मिली, कपूर 10 मिली, पंचवल्कल क्वाथ 25 मिली और गंगाजल 5 मिली। आसुत वर्षा-जल आधारित।

लाभ: माउथ क्लीनर के नियमित उपयोग से मुँह की पूरी शुद्धि होती है। अनेक प्रकार के मुख तथा दाँतों के रोगों को रोकता है। इसमें अनेक औषधियों के उपयोग के कारण यह विभिन्न रोगों पर काम करता है। आयुर्वेद के अनेक ग्रंथों के अनुसार नित्य गण्डूष में प्रयुक्त द्रव कसैले और तीखे रस के होने चाहिए, जिससे विभिन्न विषाणुओं और जीवाणुओं से रक्षा हो सके। इस औषधि में तुलसी और पुदीने का उपयोग किया गया है, इसलिए इसे जीवाणुरोधी और विषाणुरोधी बताया गया है।

उपयोग: एक गिलास पानी में एक चम्मच माउथ क्लीनर मिलाकर सुबह और शाम कुल्ला करें।
