अमृतधारा पूरी तरह प्राकृतिक औषधि है। यह पीढ़ियों से चली आ रही दवा है, जो लगभग हर घर में हुआ करती थी। यात्रा में यह बहुत काम की है, और पेट के रोग, बुखार आदि कई तकलीफ़ों में लाभदायक है।

✔ प्रयोग विधि: आम तौर पर अमृतधारा की दो या तीन बूँदें एक कप पानी में डालकर इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

अमृतधारा के लाभ
✔ सिरदर्द: अमृतधारा की दो बूँद माथे और कान के आसपास मलने से सिरदर्द में आराम मिलता है।
✔ बदहजमी: थोड़े-से पानी में तीन से चार बूँद अमृतधारा डालकर पीने से बदहजमी, पेट दर्द, दस्त और उल्टी में आराम मिलता है।
✔ जुकाम: इसे सूँघने से साँस खुलकर आती है और जुकाम में आराम मिलता है।
✔ दाँत दर्द: रुई के फाहे पर अमृतधारा लेकर दाँत पर रखने से दाँत दर्द में आराम आता है।
✔ हिचकी: 2 बूँदें सीधे जीभ पर लें और आधे घंटे तक कुछ न खाएँ, तो हिचकी रुक जाती है।
✔ मंदाग्नि, अपच: भोजन के बाद 3 बूँदें पानी में मिलाकर पीने से आराम मिलता है।
✔ खुजली: 10 ग्राम नीम तेल में 4 से 5 बूँद अमृतधारा मिलाकर लगाने से खुजली में आराम मिलता है।
✔ मधुमक्खी या ततैया के काटने पर: काटी हुई जगह पर अमृतधारा रगड़ने से दर्द में आराम मिलता है।
✔ पेट की ऐंठन, भारीपन, अफारा, खट्टी डकार: 3 से 4 बूँद अमृतधारा पानी में डालकर दिन में तीन बार लेने से लाभ होता है।

✔ बच्चों के लिए मात्रा: छोटे बच्चों को बताशे में एक बूँद डालकर दे सकते हैं, या पानी में मिलाकर देने के तुरंत बाद खांड या मिश्री खिला दें।

सावधानियाँ
✔ ज़्यादा मात्रा में लेने पर दस्त हो सकते हैं।
✔ गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए मना है।
✔ स्तनपान कराने वाली माँ बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिल्कुल न लें।
✔ कुछ लोगों को इसके इस्तेमाल से चक्कर भी आ सकते हैं।
✔ इस्तेमाल से पहले डॉक्टर की सलाह ज़रूर लें।

✔ How to Use: Generally, you can put two or three drops of Amrit Dhara in a cup of water and use it.

✔ Weak Digestion, Indigestion: Drinking 3 drops mixed in water after meals gives relief.
✔ Itching: Mixing 4 to 5 drops of Amrit Dhara in 10 gm of neem oil and applying it gives relief from itching.
✔ Bee or Wasp Sting: Rubbing Amrit Dhara on the stung area gives relief from pain.
✔ Stomach Cramps, Heaviness, Bloating, Sour Burps: Taking 3 to 4 drops of Amrit Dhara in water three times a day is beneficial.

✔ Dose for Children: For small children, put one drop on a batasha, or give it mixed in water and immediately follow it with khaand or mishri.
