सामग्री: मोती के चूने का पानी, करी पत्तों का अर्क, गोदंती भस्म, संजाग्रहत भस्म, प्रवाल भस्म, शंख भस्म और कपर्दिका भस्म।

लाभ: कैल्शियम बूँदों के नियमित सेवन से हड्डियाँ मजबूत होती हैं और उन्हें पोषण मिलता है। घुटनों तथा पीठ के दर्द में राहत देती हैं। हड्डियों को घिसने से बचाती हैं। कैल्शियम हड्डियों तक पहुँचता है, इसलिए सभी अस्थि तथा वात रोगों में लाभकारी बताया गया है। दाँत भी अस्थि धातु से बने हैं, इसलिए ये दाँतों को पोषण और मजबूती देती हैं। नाखूनों को पोषण देकर तेजी से बढ़ाती हैं, जिससे वे स्वस्थ और सुंदर होते हैं। इसमें उपयुक्त चूने को गुलाबजल में अच्छी तरह भिगोकर उपयोग किया जाता है ताकि उसकी तीव्रता घटे और जलन न हो। नियमित सेवन से शरीर में वात-दोष संतुलित होता है और अनेक रोगों से सुरक्षा मिलती है।

सेवन-विधि: सुबह, दोपहर और शाम सामान्य या गुनगुने पानी के साथ 3 से 6 बूँद लें।

कौन सेवन कर सकता है: 6 माह से अधिक आयु का कोई भी व्यक्ति; पथरी वाले व्यक्ति भी इसका सेवन कर सकते हैं।
