जैविक देसी खांड – 100% केमिकल-मुक्त
देसी खांड हमारे घरों की वह पारंपरिक मिठास है, जो सफ़ेद चीनी के आने से पहले हर रसोई में इस्तेमाल होती थी। इसे गन्ने के रस को धीमी आँच पर पकाकर, पुराने देसी तरीके से तैयार किया जाता है। इसे बनाने में कोई केमिकल इस्तेमाल नहीं होता, और न ही इसे ब्लीच करके सफ़ेद बनाया जाता है।
बाज़ार की रिफ़ाइंड चीनी को सफ़ेद और चमकदार बनाने के लिए कई केमिकल प्रक्रियाओं से गुज़ारा जाता है, जिसमें गन्ने के प्राकृतिक गुण लगभग ख़त्म हो जाते हैं। देसी खांड में गन्ने का प्राकृतिक रंग, हल्की सौंधी ख़ुशबू और स्वाद बना रहता है। इसका रंग हल्का भूरा-पीला होता है।

Organic Desi Khaand – 100% Chemical-Free
Desi khaand is the traditional sweetness of our homes, used in every kitchen before white sugar arrived. It is made by slowly cooking sugarcane juice on a low flame, using the old desi method. No chemicals are used in making it, and it is not bleached to make it white.
Refined market sugar goes through many chemical processes to make it white and shiny, in which the natural qualities of sugarcane are almost lost. Desi khaand keeps the natural colour, light earthy aroma and taste of sugarcane. It is light brownish-yellow in colour.
