गुरबंदी बादाम छोटे आकार के होते हैं, लेकिन इनमें तेल और पोषण भरपूर होता है। हमारा बादाम तेल इन्हीं बादामों को लकड़ी की कच्ची घानी में धीरे-धीरे पेरकर निकाला गया है, ताकि गर्मी से इसके गुण ख़राब न हों। इसकी शुद्धता बनाए रखने के लिए इसे प्लास्टिक की जगह काँच की बोतल में पैक किया गया है।
