गौमाता का शुद्ध गौघृत, पारंपरिक बिलौना विधि से हाथ से बना। देसी गौमाता के दूध से दही जमाकर, मथकर निकाले गए मक्खन को धीमी आँच पर पकाकर यह घी तैयार किया जाता है।
