मसाले वाली हरड़ राजस्थान और हरियाणा एवं उत्तर प्रदेश में बच्चो को दी जाने वाली ऐसी अद्भुत देसी नुस्खा है

इसे हरड़ के साथ कई जड़ी बूटियों को मिश्रित कर एक ठोस पदार्थ के रूप में ढाल दिया जाता है

जो उनके गैस कब्ज़ आदि रोगो में अत्यंत लाभदायक है 

कई माता पिता जब कॉल कर बच्चो की समस्या बताते थे तो उनको मसाले वाली हरड़ कहीं भी नहीं मिल पाती थी

अतः इसे हस्तनिर्मित करवा कर अब उपलब्ध करवाया गया है

उपयोग विधि सरल है : इसे थोड़ा सा घिसकर इसके पेस्ट को एक छोटी चम्मच गुनगुने पानी में मिलाकर बच्चे को जब गैस या कब्ज़ बने तो दिन में दो बार (सुबह शाम) पिला दें

यदि बच्चा माँ का दूध पी रहा है तो माँ को सावधानी रखनी है कि वो ऐसा कुछ न खाएं जिससे बच्चो गैस बने जैसे उड़द दाल , छोले राजमा आदि

Masala wali harad is such a wonderful desi recipe given to children in Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh

Which is very beneficial in their gas, constipation etc.

When many parents used to call and tell about their children’s problems, they were not able to get masala wali harad anywhere

So, it has been made handmade and made available now.

Method of use is simple: Grind it a little and mix its paste in one teaspoon lukewarm water and give it to the child twice a day (morning and evening) when he has gas or constipation.

If the child is drinking mother’s milk, then the mother has to be careful that she does not eat anything that causes gas in the child like urad dal, chole rajma etc.
